Reception Area:

A custom reception area was designed and manufactured to create a professional and welcoming entrance to the Security Management Company’s Essendon office. The reception counter combines Laminex Classic Oak with a contrasting white marble look feature section and integrated LED lighting, creating a contemporary focal point at the front of the workplace.

Custom storage, filing and cabinetry were incorporated behind the reception desk, together with a floor to ceiling Laminex Classic Oak feature wall with black slat wall detailing to complete the reception area.

Open Plan Workstations:

A four-person linear workstation pod was installed within the open-plan office area behind the half plaster wall in the reception are to provide a practical and organised workspace for staff. Finished in Laminex Classic Oak with black metal frames, the workstations incorporate cable management and desk-mounted divider panels to maintain a clean, contemporary appearance.

Lockable mobile drawer units provide individual storage, while a custom planter positioned within the open-plan area introduces greenery and complements the Classic Oak and black colour palette.

Boardroom:

The boardroom was fitted with a large custom meeting table in Laminex Natural Walnut, complemented by black metal legs and integrated power access. The timber finish continues through the freestanding credenza and floor-to-ceiling feature wall panels, creating a coordinated boardroom interior.

A central Mid Grey acoustic wall panel provides an acoustic and visual feature behind the boardroom credenza, framed on either side by Natural Walnut timber feature panels with black ink slat line detailing.

Executive Office 2:

The second executive office was furnished with a large custom executive desk incorporating an integrated open shelf unit and concealed cable management. The Classic Oak desktop is combined with Terril detailing to coordinate with the other furniture throughout the office.

A custom curved-end credenza was designed to accommodate a bar fridge while providing additional cupboard and open-shelf storage. A compact round meeting table completes the office and provides a dedicated space for informal meetings and discussions.

Executive Office 1:

The first executive office features a custom corner workstation designed to maximise the available workspace while providing integrated storage and cable management. Laminex Classic Oak is paired with black metal detailing and Terril modesty panels for a consistent finish.

Custom filing, storage cupboards and a wall mounted overhead white four-door storage unit provide extensive practical storage, while a Mid Grey frameless acoustic pinboard adds functionality to the office.
